SPARROW TWANGMASTER PICS
Billy Bones at Sparrow Guitars here in Vancouver built this thinline twangmaster for me a few years back. He gave her a bone nut, stainless jumbos, a
Hilotron wound by TV Jones in the neck, a Bill lawrence in the bridge, an aircraft aluminum bridge, a bigsby southpaw tailpiece and a nice pinstiping
job.
This is the first if not the only semi hollow "Tele" made by Sparrow. I asked Billy if he could make me one and he reluctantly did as he was saving
this body for himself for a project. He is a super nice dude as are all the people at Sparrow. Check out his Von Drat guitars!

I play right handed but use a left handed vibrato to do divebombs with my right wrist as I'm picking. I bend the strings up with my fingers and bend
em down with the inside of my wrist. This tailpiece functions as I need it to without the bar getting in the way so I took it off as it' superfluous.
It's admittedly an unorthodox "technique" but it works for me. Anyone know of any notable players who use a LH vibrato set up on a RH guit?

Stevie Ray Vaughn. And I match your technique halfway lol. I use my bar to lower pitch and press down with my fist behind the tailpiece to raise it.
Super sweet guitar though, love the custom guard shape.

The pickguard is something I'm going to change eventually. I intend on making one in ivory to match the color of the binding and the pinstriping. The
shape will be simmilar to the one that extends down to the selector switch and pots.
