Anybody have any experience with one of these? Looks comparable to the AL3X00M series. I spoke with Randy from the website, he said the flame is not a veneer and the frets have nibs! There's a couple on ebay but the price is pretty high there.

For the price ($586) I would rather get an AL-3000M.

I think for that price point I'd feel more comfortable with AGile. Just more data there to verify it's a solid, reliable and great playing guitar. But you have just made me aware of this brand (Thanks), I juast recently became aware of SVK guitars and about 1 year ago found out about Xaviere. I am glad to see some serious competitors to the same old showing up.

They have a double-cut Junior, too--just no pics. Weak!

They're figured out the latest and greatest in weight relief technology...according to the specs, that guitar in the link weighs 0.00 pounds!

wait till they come up with the anti-grav. Maybe it might solve neck dive on SGs!

I tried these out. The LPs are made very well. I'm perplexed on how great the guitars are. Great tops, good quality... I was looking around for these and saw one place that actually had them in stock. www.carlinoguitars.com

Not bad for an Economy buster deal... Who wants to shell out $2700 on a LP, especially if you're starting out.....

Nice instruments and the shipping is free. Ya gotta add that in as value. No lefties though...

I wonder if they are as good at taking care of the customer as Kurt is?

The Hofner Icons ($300+) and Contemporary ($700+) lines are made in China. The higher pricetags are on the models with deluxe features (Flametop, etc...) It's still a great deal when you think about it... I think the Carlino Guitars guy can get you lefties... They sell out quickly... Give him a buzz...

The only thing is, unless you find a real person that's bought one, it's a 'crapshoot'.
3 degree neck angle on a LP means low action.
From the ad, they look really sweet and if they were made they way they're described......:dunno:

The Gladiator guitars are made in China and they are about 800 bucks with features that are no better than Agile 3KMs, which are made in Korea and cost less than 800. Even the pimped out 3KMs with the SD pickups, Gotoh Bridge, 3/4" inch maple cap compared to 1/2" bridge, hardshell case costs only 650 + shipping. These Gladiator guitars may be awesome, don't get me wrong, but I don't see much justification for buying one over an Agile
